What if we arrive before check-in at 4:00 PM?
If you should arrive early (prior to 4:00 PM check-in), we are happy to store your luggage and we have changing rooms with showers. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. If your flight is later, you are welcome to continue using accommodations at the resort, including the changing rooms for your convenience.
How will we know where everything is at the resort?
We will provide a map for you during check-in, showing the various buildings and other resort attractions.
Can we have daily housekeeping service?
If you would like daily housekeeping services, there is a $125.00 fee for two bedroom units, $100.00 for one bedroom units, and $90.00 for studio units. Please let the front desk know if you would like additional services.
Is there food and beverage service at the resort?
Food and beverage services are provided on a limited basis. We have a small cafe' and Wild Iguanas Tiki Bar. Amenities and venues include local restaurants and other activities in the area.
How will we know what activities are happening at the resort?
A schedule of activities is provided for each guest upon arrival. Also, every Monday at 10:00 AM we host a welcome reception to announce the week's activities and information on signing up for tours, etc. We have weekly giveaways that can be redeemed at the resort or other local attractions.
How do we get our questions answered after we check-in?
After you check-in, please call our Guest Services Associate at ext. 0 with any questions or concerns.
How can I arrange to play tennis?
For those of you who are tennis enthusiasts, we have three clay tennis courts located one block from the resort. Ask an employee at the front desk for detailed directions. We offer court reservation times, and a very social "rack system" that allows all visitors to show up and play.
Are there neat things that we can do at the beach?
Yes. Want to go on a banana boat ride? We have it all - jet skis / waverunner rentals and catamarans are available. Want to relax with an umbrella and private bench? You've got it! Just check with the front desk for availability. All are available for a nominal charge.
How many swimming pools do you have at the resort?
The resort has four swimming pools (three are heated), two outdoor spas, and plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing and catching a few rays!
Will our room have a DVD player?
All of our units include televisions, DVD players, stereo units and air conditioning.
How about babysitting and tours, etc.?
For any other services such as babysitting, tours or other special requests, please see our concierge - located next to the front desk in the lobby.
What happens if an owner is delinquent on their maintenance fees?
Please take notice that, if you fail to make timely payments of any timeshare plan common expenses, ad valorem taxes, or special assessments, an assessment lien against your timeshare interest may be foreclosed in accordance with a judicial foreclosure procedure or a trustee foreclosure procedure, either of which may result in the loss of your timeshare interest. If the Association initiates a trustee foreclosure procedure under §721.855 of the Florida Statutes, you shall have the option to object pursuant to Florida law, and, in such event, the Association may thereafter proceed only by filing a judicial foreclosure action.
