’Til Death Do Us Art Exhibition
’Til Death Do Us Art features the work of eight South Florida artists and runs from May 11 through October 26 at the DoubleTree Suites art gallery, GALLERYone in Fort Lauderdale. The exhibition is free and is open to the public. Proceeds from any of the works sold will benefit Business for the Arts of Broward, as well as the artists themselves.
Outside In: The Downtown Hollywood Mural Project
If you like murals or graffiti, Outside In is for you. Each of these public murals is a collaboration between an artist, the Community Redevelopment Agency of Hollywood, individual property owners, and Project Manager Jill Weisberg. Outside In features site-specific installations, sketches, and objects that attempt to define the parameters between painting and sculpture, graffiti, street art, and public art. This exhibit takes place at 1650 Harrison Street, Hollywood, Florida, and runs through June 7, 2017.
6th Annual Taste of Brickell Food & Wine Festival
Miami’s biggest culinary event, the Taste of Brickell Food and Wine Festival will be held May 27, 2017 at Brickell Park. If you love fine wines and spirits, excellent food, and great music, you should definitely join the fun.
Antique & Collectible Market
Are you addicted to antique shopping? Good news: Pompano Beach has a truly incredible antique mall! Antique & Collectible Market is hosting an antique market on September 16, 2017. The event will be held at the Hillsboro Antique Mall, and you can expect lots of vendors, food trucks, entertainment, live auctions, and more!
Food In Motion
Food In Motion is a monthly after-dark artisan food market. Don’t miss it June 9, 2017! This fun gathering is held at Peter Feldman Park from 5-11pm. It’s free to park and get in. Food In Motion features an artisan food market with locally made products, vegan selections, gourmet baked goods, and food trucks. There’s an open playground for kids, free beer for anyone 21+, and a full bar tent with craft beer selections and cocktails. This is a family- and pet-friendly place where you can come relax and enjoy great food!
Caribbean Market Day
If you’re into Afro-Caribbean food, fashion and accessories, shoes, and homeware, join us for Caribbean Market Day on June 10, 2017 in Little Haiti! Held every 2nd Saturday of the month, the Caribbean Market also features natural beauty products, books, music, arts, culture, and much more.
7th Annual Burgerliscious! Festival
The Burgerliscious! Festival is just the thing for burger lovers. Held on November 2, 2017, this mouth-watering festival features gourmet burgers made by 20 of Coral Gables’s premier restaurants. There will be live music, entertainment, cold beers, and of course, superb burgers!
